Yes. You will have access to the raw data captured with iris360™ and these can be stitched using NCTech’s free desktop application Immersive Studio or other applications such as PTGui, Autopano Giga after exporting the JPEGs from Immersive Studio.
You are not doing anything wrong. The RAW file is the ".nctri" file. You can't process these either in PTGUI or in Lightroom: https://nctech.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/212412098
