I'm installing it on Windows Server 2003 Business Edition (Spanish - Latin america). When I try to upload the calibration file it gives an error and closes the application.

When installing it on Windows 7 Ultimate (Spanish - Latin america) and you try to process images before selecting a calibration file, it errors out and closes the application as well. Once you upload the calibration file (without issues this time) it works fine.

As well it seems to be unable to process HDR images.

Deploying over the Internet ...ummm....try getting past our secure web-Marshall (by-passed it by taking laptop home.!!).

Ok...have updated the unit to firmware 1.7 and run it through the latest Immersive program.
Q.1 Image adjustment on the processing page...query why two boxes are 'pre' checked but the saturation one is blank.
Q.2 Does the saturation make much difference....?
Q.3 How does the software handle processing the images with all the boxes unchecked then re-processing with one or more options selected...?

I still feel that our images are lacking colour depth and need more richness...greener grass / trees, brighter flora / forna.

Colin we do have the option for a manual download. Let us know if you still need the link.

    Colin, to answer your questions:

    1. Image adjustment on the processing page...query why two boxes are 'pre' checked but the saturation one is blank
    • We are currently evaluating the best parameters for saturation so for now we are not enabling this option by default

    • Does the saturation make much difference....?

    • See answer to Q1 above

    • How does the software handle processing the images with all the boxes unchecked then re-processing with one or more options selected...?

    • The easiest way to answer that is if you try it yourself. There will be a decrease in processing time if you do not enable any of the check boxes
